Where we ship
All orders ship free to addresses in the United States. We don’t ship outside the US at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You’ll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. Items ship from our partner warehouses, so orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days.
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and peak holiday periods.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit our order tracking page. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, contact us at support@getyourdeal.org and we’ll look into it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll send a replacement or a refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@getyourdeal.org right away. We can update the address if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
